Level 3 Printmaking on Show

As part of the level 3 visual art print making course at Pukekohe High School, students were asked to make an installation of a drawing, print, background, object and shelf/box or container that helped to introduce the theme of their future folio. The connection and placement of these objects would help students formalise their theme and make connection between made and found objects. The exercise helped students focus not just on the literal subject matter they are making prints about this year but the ideas, symbols and values that underpin their art making.
