Congratulations to Richie Hong, Business Studies Super Star!!

Richie has won the BizVenture China 2023 competition with 18 other Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) students during the April school holidays.  He had to prepare a video on why he should be chosen to go – which he did brilliantly!  This BizVenture is for Year 13 students who excel in business and enterprise and just love doing ‘the business’.

Richie said “I decided to apply because I thought it’d be a great opportunity to network with other like-minded people from across NZ and the world. I applied by filling their form which was provided on the YES Instagram account and uploading my application video which was aligned towards their questions. The requirements were that you need to be a current enrolled student with Young Enterprise Scheme. I will be away for six days, in Auckland CBD this year with guests from China being flown in.”
