Visiting your Country

During the year, we visit our education partners, parents and students to let you know more about study options at Pukekohe High School. These options could be anything from 1 term to a whole academic year (February – December).

As the New Zealand border is closed at the moment, in-person visits are not possible but I am contactable through the social media links below or by email: international@pukekohehigh.school.nz and I am happy to meet you for an online meeting also.

  • Women in Engineering presentation
    Year 13 and 12 female students - There will be a mini presentation from current Auckland University students about what studying engineering is like including a practical activity to work on engineering skills. If you are considering studying Engineering please come along - this is a great chance to learn about engineering and what the university in general is like. Date: Wednesday 22nd May Time: 9.30-10.30am Location: S8
  • Science tutorials
    Please remind all junior and Y11 students that there are science drop-in tutorials every Wednesday after school in S1. Students can bring work that they need help with or ask any questions about what they are doing in class

    With the resurfacing of COVID in our region and changes in
    Alert Levels causing students to continue their learning from home, having a
    reliable device at home to access online learning, remain connected with
    teachers, and receive feedback about their work makes 
    BYOD more essential than
    ever.
