Enrolment
procedures – All year levels.
All students wishing to enrol at Pukekohe High School must first
complete and return an Application to Enrol form. You will be
contacted to arrange an interview time.
No enrolment appointment
will be made until these documents have been received.

Zone / In Zone Enrolment
Pukekohe High School has a Ministry of Education approved enrolment
scheme. Under this scheme, students will be enrolled if they live
within the home zone. Click here to view map with boundaries identified.
Applications
can only be processed with the following documents - please bring
with you:

of the student’s New Zealand birth certificate if the
student was born in New Zealand (original for verification)
is required at the time of enrolment. |

Proof
of residence in New Zealand – Copy of both student’s
and parent’s passport pages showing current residency
status i.e Personal, Visa, Date of Entry must accompany this
application (original for verification) – if a student
has been a resident less than four years. |

All enrolment interviews
are to be completed with a parent/guardian and the student applying.
A student is confirmed as enrolled at Pukekohe High School only
after an enrolment interview between the school, parent/guardian
and
Out
of Zone Enrolment
The Pukekohe High School Board of Trustees has determined that
out of zone enrolments will be accepted from siblings of current
students only and that there will be no limit on the number of
such enrolments. The school’s geographical enrolment zone
will remain unchanged.
If you have
attached copies of relevant documents to your application, please
bring the originals with you for sighting by school staff at your
enrolment interview.
