Year 10 Subject Selections

1. Your Vertical Form Teacher will hand out your Subject Selection Forms on 2 November.


2. Fill in the Subject Selection Form and return them to your Vertical Form Teacher before 10 November.


3. Talk about subjects to your Vertical Form Teacher and with Caregivers/Parents as well as your subject teachers.


4. Check the subject information for Year Tens on the ULTRANET.  Subject Selection Booklets are available from the uniform shop for 50c.
   
5. Ask your parents to sign the Subject Selection Form and return it to your Vertical Form Teacher no later than 10 November.

1.     Careers lessons take place from 10 August to 6 September.  
       Fill in Subject Selection forms during the lesson and hand it in to Miss Bailey who will give it to your Vertical Form    
       Teacher.

2.    Talk about subjects to your Vertical Form Teacher and with Caregivers/Parents as well as your subject teachers (22 Aug
       to 21 Sept) after your Careers Lesson.

3.    Check the subject information on the ULTRANET.  
       Subject Selection Booklets are available from the uniform shop for 50c.

4.    Ensure that you know the prerequisites for each of the subjects you want to do next year.

5.    Ask subject teachers to sign subject selection forms confirming that you are on track to meet the pre-requisites for
       the subject.

6.    If the subject teacher does not support your request, choose another subject. (Please note that if you meet the pre-
       requisites at the end of the year you will be allowed to do the subject).

7.    Ask your parents to sign the Subject Selection Form and return it to your Vertical Form Teacher no later than 21 
       September

8.    In week 2 of term 4 students will confirm their subjects for next year in subject confirmation interviews.
